Witnessed the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Maer Summit Properties Flagship Project “CERATI” at Cerati Grounds Brgy. Dahican, Mati City.

CERATI was born out of their demand to be an environmental friendly and socially relevant property developer. It began with the idea of integrating purpose and sustainability within their business model.
It is an upcoming 52 hectare mixed-use development project in the heart of Dahican, Mati City, Davao Oriental.

What does CERATI mean? CERATI comes from CER which means near and ATI from the city itself which is MATI.
The program started with the Opening Prayer led by Ms. Desiree Mae B. Silva, Admin Officer and Opening Remarks from Ms. Rhoda B. Cua, Board of Director.
A heartwarming message came from the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Gene A. Arcena.
The Groundbreaking Ceremony Blessing and Laying of Capsule was participated by these prominent and well respected people : Mr. Dino Suelto, Mr. Gene Arcena, Ms. Rhoda Cua, Mr. Ariel Dela Cruz, Congressman Cheeno Almario, Vice Mayor Enzo Rabat and Sir Joel Mayo Almario.
Messages of Support came from Cong. Cheeno Almario and VM Lorenzo Rabat with the toasting ceremony led by Sir Joel Mayo Z. Almario.
