Everybody loves Baked Spaghetti and Carbonara. Who doesn’t?

I was happy to meet the owner of #Carlaloves2 (an online food business), Ms. Carla Bianca Celeste Enovo, who granted my wish to have a taste of two of my most favorite dishes last New Year’s Eve, Baked Spaghetti and Creamy Carbonara. Both comforting and satisfying food you can’t resist!

Her baked spaghetti with a lot of melted cheese on top really perked up my mood in a good way. You can say that it is not just a regular spaghetti with white sauce and a lot of cheese then baked but there is a lot more to it. It is rich and thick in sauce that is why it is creamier and tastier which brings the dish to a whole new level.

I could say the same thing to her Creamy Carbonara, my daughter’s favorite. She was delighted and told me she loved it! I asked Carla what’s her secret to making these ultimate comfort food. It was passed on to her by both her mother and grandmother. Well, that explains why! Needless to say, she is a good cook. Like them, she can also cook it with TLC.

I have tried their baked Mac that melts in the mouth and the taste lingers on your tongue for a long, enjoyable time. I was smiling the whole time while chewing but no it melted in my mouth easily. I guess I will not forget that heavenly taste easily.

The Buko Pandan is good for dessert. I love how she made it into a more appealing look as a dessert because there were colorful and different shapes in it that even children would enjoy looking while eating it. But once you taste it, you can’t help but dig into it as many times as you can.

Her one pan meal is good for the whole family or group of friends so it is great to have it served during special occasions.
