Chef Anthony Joseph Ante III earned a diploma in Culinary Arts and Hotel Management from the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management in Quezon City.

During the special media lunch and gathering, the Lunar Year buffet highlighted a 12-course selection and a special carving of Lechon Macau, Peking Duck and Pork Charsiu for its main dishes.  Signature specialties prepared were Salt & Pepper Squid, Stir Fry Beef and Bok Choy in Oyster Sauce and Kung Pao Chicken.

That’s what everyone has to watch out for because this Executive Chef has a lot to offer in his kitchen as he had already taken over the ruins of the hotel’s banquet events and all-day dining restaurants.
