The Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao’s Annual Client’s Appreciation Night

The Annual Client’s Appreciation Night last Thursday, August 30, 2018 held at the Garden Pavilion of the Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao was filled with fun and laughter as awardees and distinguished guests including media partners who took part during this big event that the hotel proudly and successfully hosted.

Gorgeous and delicious cocktails were served before the program started.











It was such a beautiful and lovely sight made especially for the top clients and loyal partners of the hotel who were invited to celebrate their patronage for the past years.  An exquisite four-piece gourmet series was prepared together by hotel’s culinary team spearheaded by the Group Executive Chef – Giovanni.

The first set of awardees were given to the following for their recognizable support namely: The Davao Events Suppliers Association, APM Ad and Promo Management, City Government of Davao and Department of Tourism XI.



Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao also awarded the selected event providers for their valued preference and contribution to special events namely: Golden Touch, Decoratives by Janna and Hercs, Pinktouche and Dazzle Events.































Mr. Michael Ebro Dakudao of Mindanao Times and Mr. Ace June Rell Perez of Sunstar Davao were also awarded under Media Category for their extensive support to the hotel.

There were also selected travel agencies, government accounts, non-government accounts, convention accounts and corporate accounts that were awarded for being the hotel’s top producing accounts of the hotel.

After the award’s ceremony took place, a parade of courses were distributed to all the guests prepared together by the hotel’s culinary team.

The dinner menu featured a sequence of White Tomato Cappuccino Soup for starters (White Tomato Soup with Smoked Bangus profiteroles, Cinnamon and Grand Marnier foam); For its main course is the Norwegain Salmon and Chicken with Pandan Mint Fettucine; A three-tier set of confectionary eats for dessert that included Mango-Durian Mousse, Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Mousse, Strawberry Mousse, Tiramisu, Layered Cheesecake, Assorted Buchi, Pannacota, Pralines, Gateau, Eclair, Petit Fours, and Fruit Tart; For the fitting final course is a cheese plate – a timbale of Blue Cheese and Ice Cream topped with Mango Lemon Caviar paired with wine.

The 29 year old, talented guy named, Jake Juleous Brian Gacang, the pride of Cebu City , performed for a final act.    He is a show violinist and he really rock the night with his music from classic to modern.  The audience were delighted to hear him play with such energy and enthusiasm for his craft.






And so the celebration ended with a great night to remember.  The Hotel Manager, Bryan Yves Lasala, expressed his thanks to all the guests for the continued trust and the pleasure and priviledge of working with them.
