It would mean a lot to most people who love dining in a restaurant to dig in to a buffet and be able to leave with complete satisfaction.  This is true to travelers or busy people because they can’t wait in a typical restaurant where they still have to choose and order their food.

As I entered the restaurant, I was so delighted to see a good variety of sweets, veggies and fruits.  There was this cooking station right infront of you serving butter garlic shrimps, lechon kawali, takoyaki, siomai, banana nutella crepe , pizza, lumpia and a lot more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The friendly Chef named Marlon was eager to show me how he cooked on fire the fresh shrimps with butter and garlic, delicious takoyaki and mouthwatering banana nutella crepe.  I was able to capture the scene through my video right away.

I know I have to take only as much of something I want but all the food was pleasing to my eyes and smelled good.  How can I resist it?  Well, you might have guessed what happened next.

I had a brief interview with Mr. Rex Moncillo – Admin Manager and Ms. Jhonley Ladera – OIC Internal Operations.  They believed that one very good reason why their restaurant attracted more walk-in customers is their affordability and quality service.  They already assigned two food runners (as they termed it) who are responsible in making sure that the food will not easily run out as more people will be coming in.

By God’s grace, they just had their 7th anniversary last August 8, 2018 and hoping for more anniversaries to come.

Since the 33rd Kadayawan festival is being celebrated now in the City, they expect more people to visit and dine in the restaurant but they are prepared for it.

 

Moreover, they have two function rooms.  One conference room good for 20 people and a huge function room good for 70 people.

They also offer catering services with a minimum of 50 pax inclusive of waiters, utensils and tables.
