This would not have been possible without their Executive Sous Chef, a gorgeous mother of two, Chef “Bang” Flores along with her solid team who made the preparation truly sumptuous buffet fit for mothers whom we call our “true heroes”.

 

 

One of the best among the many delectable dishes and which is always a highlight and even my favorite, the Angus Roast Beef.  It’s savory and delicious in every bite.  There are a lot of favorites to choose from such as Sisig Samosa, Tuna in Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce, Baked Orange Chicken and seafood dishes.

 

You won’t miss the buffet dessert station filled with sweet cakes and pastries that melt in your mouth to complete the special celebration. These tasty sweets are: Ubera Opera Cake, Mango Charlotte Cake, Tulip Buttercream Cake, Mississippi Mud Brownies, Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle, Matcha Green Tea Panna Cotta and Coffee Panna Cotta with Espresso Jelly.

They also introduced a hearty, refreshing drink made specially for moms, Misto Mom’s potion as they termed it.  It is composed of apple and aloe vera tea. A healthy drink for mommies like me.

Lunch buffet is being served from 12:00 noon – 2:30 p.m. for a price of P980.00 nett for adults and P480.00 nett for kids aged 7-12 years old. For kids aged 6 years and below, it’s for free!
