Preparing food for children is one of the most challenging and yet exciting task for all the mommies anywhere in the world because they get to see the look on their child’s faces after tasting their food cooked with TLC (Tender Loving Care).

The recipe is known to our family and named this as “Stir-fried Pork and Veggies” meal.  It has few ingredients and can be cooked easily. These are the following ingredients that you need to prepare: pork (thinly sliced), onion, tomatoes, garlic, red bell pepper, carrots, taro, sayote, squash and beans.

First, heat oil in a large skillet. Then add garlic, onions, tomatoes, red bell pepper and pork until well browned on both sides (thinly sliced). Stir-fry for 6 minutes.











Second, add and stir in all vegetables (cut according to what you prefer) like carrots, beans, squash, sayote and taro. Season with salt and stir-fry for 6 to 8 minutes.








Finally, add Jolly Mushroom Pieces and Stems and Jolly Whole Corn kernel.  Add a pinch of salt and soy sauce. Leave it for about 3 minutes until mushrooms and corn kernels are softened while tossing occasionally.










Rest for a minute and serve with steamed rice.



Your kids will surely love it.  They will enjoy eating it in school during lunch and can be the envy of their classmates since the food you prepared is beneficial to them.
