Remember the saying, ” I am having a bad hair day!” As an idiomatic expression, it means a day in which everything is not going well for you.  But originally it was a humorous statement that means your hair doesn’t look nice or it is untidy.  Thus, if someone says that you have a bad hair day, look closely in the mirror and make sure that your hair looks manageable.  The statement might have a different meaning to it.

Women are very particular with their hair that they feel the need to visit a salon more than once a month.  This is very true especially to women in her 40s who is conscious of how they look.  There’s nothing wrong with it.  Some women prefer short hair while others prefer to have long hair.

In this case, I love to maintain a long, soft and shiny hair.  Why?  It makes me feel like a model from the pages of a fashion magazine. Now would you like that? It was just a feeling nothing serious at all.  It is important for me to feel good inside because I will likely have that aura to other people.

Our hair is our crowning glory and by that, we have to take care of it.  We need to use the right shampoo and conditioner.  We need a salon who can definitely make the best treatment to our hair.  Good news though because I found the right one and the location is very convenient to all its clients.

Early that Saturday morning, I went to visit Hairs & Nails Salon & Spa  which was highly recommended to me.  I have a long hair and maintained it for how many years now. I do not want to cut it short because of the shape of my face.  I think it will not suit me at all.

As I entered the salon,  I was welcomed by a cheerful receptionist.  There was a small waiting area at the lobby.  I was surprised by its spacious area where they can cater more customers. You won’t notice how big the salon is when you are outside. The staff were friendly and talkative in a good way.  I did not get bored while having my hair treated because they made me feel like a VIP.  They also offered either juice or coffee to their customers as welcome drinks.

I tried their Hair Rebonding + Keratin Blowout.  It took them only 4 to 5 hours to finish this treatment and I relaxed the whole time.  It is not very time-consuming. This is not the first time I had been treated with hair rebonding and I can compare and see the difference easily on the process of their treatment or how they go about it .

There were three charming and pretty ladies who handled my hair.  They seemed to be happy with my existence because I am a good listener and approachable customer. Nevertheless, I feel the same way.  I think one good factor that makes clients come back will depend on how accommodating the staff were to them.  That will make an impact and contribute to the success of  a business.

I have also noticed that the medicines they were using do not have a strong smell and since I have a sensitive scalp, I take it into consideration that it won’t irritate my skin.  Luckily, it didn’t.  The shampooing or hair washing was the best part of it because they did it gently using a shampoo and conditioner that smell good..  really good.  Everything was done smoothly and I had been able to close my eyes for a while to feel my moment of relaxation.

Guess what? I was a happy, satisfied customer.
